underwhelming, a bit of a letdown
noisy roominoperative jacuzzi
I found my room quite noisy. A chandelier rattled constantly. vibrations from the road or metro seemed to cause it. the jacuzzi was out of service! also, i did not appreciate how some staff members looked at me. long hairs were on the floor in the room it wasn't very clean.

the hotel displays mustafa kemal ataturk's room as a museum. this showcases a key figure in turkish history. it is a piece of history itself. the staff were helpful and cute . breakfast in the agatha restaurant included many options.

comfortable bedgreat location
the greta garbo corner room was comfortable and lovely i found that our bed was comfortable. there were many great restaurants located nearby including one with a michelin star i also had a great view from the window.
during check-in the staff seemed inexperienced the process took a while to sort out my reservation which was frustrating it took around 30 minutes to fix the issue and i had to make sure i did not have to move rooms which was a bit stressful.

the hotel has a superb location with easy walking distance to istiklal street and many restaurants nearby. plus the proximity to public transport options like the metro station is very convenient for getting around. it really made exploring the area easy

understaffed barrude supervisor
the bar was severely understaffed one evening. i waited a long time to get service, and it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed. also, i found the supervisor during checkout very rude. there was a problem with the bill, and instead of explaining things patiently, he was dismissive. it.

The location was central to the city's historical sites. It was very easy to access the subway. The building had super nice interior and felt historical.
The concierge staff often left the desk. Other staff weren't able to assist with information about the city (basic information). The breakfast staff were rude after moving me to different tables.
